“I have a home in Magnolia where I raised my children. My extended family lives in Kansas. I am a parent to Simon and Melody and now a grandmother to Lucia Anne and Olive Adeline, and Kate Frances, daughters of Simon and Christina who reside in Boise and now in Aurora, Colorado. Simon is a Tech specialist for Centura Health and Christina is an Account Specialist in Advertising. Melody graduated the New York Fashion Academy in Ballard and showed her 1st line, “Hue” in April 2013! She accepted an offer to teach classes following her completion of the course. She completed the Graphic Arts degree program at Seattle Central College 2015-2017 and works as a graphic artist.
My original inspiration for Montessori education was reading The Absorbent Mind, by Maria Montessori when my son was 1 year old. By the time he was 2 we started this school. I am continually inspired by children. Lucy and Olive are my Thing One & Thing Two! And now a new Thing for the set, Kate!” These awesome ladies are growing up in Colorado and are now becoming teens! ~Ms.Dee
